Valentine's Day Card

Of course, the most popular craft for this time of year is handmade Valentine’s cards. Reds, pinks, and creams are combined in these cards to create a spectacular end result that will leave your loved one feeling cherished.

Mwah! Valentine Card

Sandra Dunne

This Mwah! Valentine Card can be made for Valentines but works just as well for birthdays and other celebrations, depending on the recipient. It has a multilayer 3D effect that shows your loved one that you’ve gone above and beyond to show how much you care for them. Using our Plain White Card, Plain Baby Pink Card and Ultra-Clear Double-Sided Tape, in addition to some other materials, this card is beginner-friendly and customisable to the colours and patterns you prefer.

Bee Mine - Valentine's Card

Sandra Dunne

For a more neutral-toned design, this Bee Mine Valentine’s Card is a perfect choice. It once again features a layered approach, helping to make our card stand out against store-bought ones. You can customise the text to read exactly what you want, which is great for a personalised approach. You’ll need some of our Plain White Card, Patterned Paper, and some square dies to bring your design to life. Read Sandra’s full tutorial to learn the steps for this card, and you’ll have a unique and thoughtful card in no time at all.

Handmade Eiffel Tower Valentine's Day Card

If you’re looking for something a little more ambitious, then this Handmade Eiffel Tower Valentines Day Card is a slightly more complex design than the others seen on this list. This design features a stunning Eiffel Tower cutout, ideal for those who want to bring a touch of the city of love to their Valentine. This design would also win you some brownie points if it were filled with tickets for a weekend in Paris inside! Even though the structure is a little more complicated, it only requires our Plain White Card, your choice of stamp and any additional gems or pearls you want to incorporate. It's best to use a tutorial for cutting this card due to its intricate lines, but all the information is listed within the blog post we’ve linked.

Valentine's Day Gift Box

If you want to take things a step further when it comes to impressing your loved one on the 14th, then some cute gift boxes could be the way to go. They add a little something extra to your gift and show your recipient that you’ve gone above and beyond for your recipient. Even better yet, these boxes can be repurposed for events like anniversaries if you truly want to make the most of your crafting project.

Valentine's Gift Box

Lisa Sumpter

This adorable gift box by Lisa has all the iconic emblems of Valentine’s Day: roses, hearts, and kisses.. The most remarkable feature of this DIY project is the floating hearts, which use florist wire to give it that three-dimensional effect. You’ll need a combination of our Extra White Linen Card, Mocha Brown Card, in addition to some glossy accents, florist’s wire and a hot glue gun. We think this design would make the perfect box for some Valentine’s chocolates, or you could even make it more personalised by writing all the reasons why you love the recipient on pieces of paper and folding them individually to be placed in the box. Whatever you decide, this box will be sure to impress your Valentine.
