The colorflute card comes in six colours and I used the Gold and the Tabriz Blue in these two cards with buff and white linen card.
The background on this card was created by colouring up an acrylic block with distress inks, spritzing with a little water and stamping directly onto the card, when dry I stamped the greeting Tim Holtz crazy talk. I cut two trianges from the gold colorflute and one from buff card to form the trees, the buff triangle was overstamped with a musical note stamp. The trees were layered together and a piece of twine fastened round and tied in a bow, it was then fastened to the card front with sticky pads.
This is a simple layered card, ocean blue, embossed white linen, distressed and stamped buff card and the tabriz blue colorflute. Sentiments Oak House Studio snowflake collection and Tim Holtz simple saying.
