Hi S|ylvia here with one of my Christmas cards made this week. I have used traditional colours on a white background with computer generated printed sentiments as this is a personalised card. I stamped and embossed a star in the center of the card, added two snowflakes, three different coloured wreaths, a ribbon and small snowflake. Small pearl domes were added and a little glitter to the small snowflake.
White 137gsm paper and Christmas red pearlised papers were used for the insert. The white paper is a great weight for inserts, it is a soft paper ideal for printing and writing on. The pearlised Christmas red, from the great selection of pearlised card and papers, give a beautiful contrast to the inside of the card.
Materials used:
- Papermilldirect white linen, intensive red plain 210gsm, billiard green plain 210gsm, buff smooth 260gsm, white paper 137gsm and Christmas red lustre print silver 120gsm paper
- IndigoBlu stamp - Twinkle Star
- Stampendus Stardust embossing powder
- Penny Black die - Whirl Wreath
- Memory Box die - Giavanna Snowflake
- X-Cut die -Mini Snowflakes
- white pearl domes from stash
- ribbon from stash
