Good morning!
Today I will be showing you how I created this fun anniversary card.
The products I used are:
- Intensive Yellow Plain Card 210gsm
- White Card Super Smooth 300gsm
- White Card Linen 255gsm
- Apple Green Card Plain 240gsm
- Black Plain Card 250gsm
- Fleck Kraft Card 250gsm
- Raspberry Pink Plain Card 240gsm
- Ivory Card Hemp 255gsm
- Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm
- Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml
You will also need:
- Fruit dies
- Heart die
- Scalloped die
- Pink pigment ink
- White embossing powder
- Heat gun
- Die cutting machine
To start with I made my card base using a piece of Intensive Yellow Plain Card 210gsm which I cut down, scored and folded in half. I then trimmed down a piece of White Card Super Smooth 300gsm and adhered this onto my card front using some Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml. I then die cut a scalloped shape onto some White Card Linen 255gsm and adhered this onto the card front using some Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm.
To make the fruits I used some Apple Green Card Plain 240gsm,Fleck Kraft Card 250gsm,Black Plain Card 250gsm,Raspberry Pink Plain Card 240gsm.
After sticking all the pieces together using Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml I added some blush using some pink pigment ink. I then adhered these down onto the scallop die using some Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm. I then die cut some hearts from a piece of Ivory Card Hemp 255gsm and coloured them in with some more pigment ink. I then placed these onto my card using Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml.
I then got a piece of Raspberry Pink Plain Card 240gsm and heat embossed my sentiment using white embossing powder. I adhered this onto my card front.
Your card is now complete. I hope you have fun creating your own fruit people like I did.
Have a wonderful day!
