Hi everyone, Barbara here with the quickest ever tutorial for making a cute, easy card (or two).....but quite effective, I think.
I started off with white hemp & black smooth cardstock, a piece of hemp that I had previously inked and a small die from Apple Blossom
I die-cut the birds from the inked card, then adhered it to a small panel of black which I then attached to a square of white hemp.
The white 'topper' was adhered to a black 'mat', attached to a base card made from white hemp, then I stamped the little Valentine's sentiment.
Told you it was easy, didn't I?
I made a second card very similar, but this time I just put the die-cut image straight onto a white background.
I used white Hopsack for this card. A little sentiment and I was finished.
Hope you like these quick cards and have been inspired to try something similar.
I'll be back in a couple of days with a Valentine's 'shaker' card, but until then, keep crafting and don't forget there is still time to get an entry into the Papermilldirect January challenge.
Catch you soon,
Barbara.
