Hi everyone, Sylia here with a princess carriage party invitation and princess party hat. The elements from the three cutting files I used can also be cut out to create cake toppers, decorate party bags, make banners or bunting and place cards for the princess guests.
Materials used:
- Papermilldirect special offer flecked lilac, plain pink and raspberry pink card
- Silhouette cutting files Princess Party Hat - Lori Whitlock, Princess Carriage Card - Studioilistrado and Princess Lever Card - Jamie Cripps
- Lavinia Stamps - Vine stamp
- Ribbon from stash
I cut the card, hat and the crown from the lever card on the Silhouette. The pink pumpkin was layered onto an oval of raspberry pink before attaching to the lilac card, the pink pumpkin was stamped with the vine stamp using clear embossing ink to create shadow stamping. A crown was attached iinside the card with the invitation details printed on white paper on the opposite side. The picture below shows the fleck detail in the lilac card, this is such a beautiful card ideal for girly cards.
The princess hat was assembled, replacing the crown on the rosette with the crown from the lever card and adding ribbons at the top and as ties at the bottom. I chose this crown for the decoration as it could be used to make additional party table stationery.
