Good morning, today I will show you how to make this pretty pink and glitter card.
The products I used are:
- White Card Super Smooth 300gsm
- Pink Plain Card 290gsm
- Silver Sparkle Card 280gsm
- Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm
- Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml
- Thank you die
- stitched die
- bunny stamps
- copic markers
- cuttlebug machine
- vellum
- sequins
To start with I made my card base using some Pink Plain Card 290gsm, which I cut and folded in half. I then cut down a piece of White Card Super Smooth 300gsm for my card front. I placed some stitched dies over my card and ran it through the cuttlebug machine.
The next step was to stamp and colour the bunnies and I used some more of the White Card Super Smooth 300gsm for this. I then cut the images out and placed them aside.
You will then need a thank you die and I used some White Card Super Smooth 300gsm to cut out the thank you, I did this 4 times and glued the pieces together with Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml. I then cut one more piece out using the pretty Silver Sparkle Card 280gsm and stuck this onto the other dies. This adds great dimension to your cards.
I then adhered the card front to the base using some more Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml, once this was done I glued down the thank you die and added the bunnies to the bottom of the card using Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm.
To add a bit more texture I added some vellum and finished off the card with sequins. I love how nice the pink and silver card go together and this colour combination is definitely one of my favourites.
I hope you enjoy making this soft and pretty card.
