You can now buy Papermilldirect card in Kent!

Hope and Chances Creativity is a wonderful craft shop in Gravesend, Kent. We've now teamed up with Christine, who owns and runs the shop to give you the chance to see our card before you buy. "In 2012 I rented an office space to use as a studio. The idea to teach classes was suggested to me and very quickly I realised how much I enjoyed it. It did not take long to realise larger premises were needed so at the beginning 2013 I acquired a little shop. My recently opened craft studio/shop is a Spellbinders®Academy where I hold regular classes sharing techniques and tutorials, it is all very informative, fun and never without cake!" The shop is located at 78, High Street, Gravesend, Kent .  Our team have been to visit and thought Christine and her shop were fantastic, a great mix of top craft supplies and a genuine passion for paper crafting, exactly what is needed from your local craft shop and now they are selling Papermilldirect card too - a perfect partnership!

Im sorry that I live too far away in Cornwall to be able to see all the card with beautiful colours. Congratulations Papermilldirect for your team up with Hope and Chances Creativity. I wish Christine well with her new venture. The display looks very tempting and I am more than a little green of the crafting community in Kent. I love making my own cards, and being able to choose whatever I want to use, from the colour of the card, to the embellishments. I then love to give them away whether it's to friends, family or charity.

What I love most is the fact that not only do I give the recipient a little bit of me but what I give them is 100% them, be it a whole scrapbook, a page, a card or a papercrafting item. No matter who they are or what they are interested in, crafting the item yourself means you can take the tiniest piece of information about them and make the perfect item and know, especially with greetings card for whatever occassion, there will not be another one like it sitting on the mantlepiece.

I love making cards and 3D projects. If I win a box of card would definitely be helpful towards making the card vases for my wedding!

I enjoy 'getting away from it all' in my craft room at the end of the garage, where time stands still and I can 'play' to my heart's content! Such good news that Christine is stocking your paper! Best wishes, Anne O

I love the versitility of creating with paper and card as this medium offers such a wide range of creativity at a reasonable cost. Plus the pleasure I get from making something from a natural product.

I love to be able to create a card for someone, making it very special so that it is unique and just for them. I try to design my cards with the person in mind that I am making the card for. The pleasure in giving something I have created is so worthwhile, especially when I see the face of the recipient.

“What do you enjoy most about paper crafting, scrapbooking and creating handmade cards?” .... hmmm, I guess the great sense of satisfaction at having made something beautiful. I love to give my cards away (have made several collections to give to family members for their use) and I made a scrapbook for a sister's 60th which made her cry...at every page! I don't enjoy making people cry! but I do enjoy their appreciation :)
