My name is Val, and I live in a small town in Dorset called Bridport. I live 2 miles from the sea which is idyllic.
I started card making about 11 years ago, and have gradually progressed to where I am today.
In 2012 I had a very serious illness, and spent almost 6 months in hospital. I couldn't wait to get out and carry on with my crafting, and honestly believe crafting helped me get through some terrible times.
I craft for myself and family, and do have a few regular customers that keep coming back, so I must be doing something right.
The cards I am into at the moment are Z fold cards, and love the look of them when they are finished........They are different!
There are lots of tutorials to be found on how to do Z fold cards and you can make a decent sized card from one sheet of A4 card.
I hope you like my take on it.
