Good morning Vic here today and I have a super cute birthday card tutorial. I’m using a slimline card base today.
Products Used:
White Card Super Smooth 250gsm
Other products:
Slimline scallop die (Time for tea designs)
Star Dies (La-La Land Crafts)
Bunny images (Magengo designs)
Hot foil and hot foil dies (Spellbinders)
Pink inks
To start with I used a piece of Baby Pink Plain Card 240gsm and using the scallop die I die cut this with my machine.
I then die cut another rectangle using White Card Super Smooth 250gsm.
Using two different pink inks I ink blended both inks over the piece of White Card Super Smooth 250gsm. I usEd a blending brush for this but you can use a sponge if you don’t have a blending brush.
I applied two coats and once this was dry I started to work on my images.
I coloured my images in with my comic markers and then fussy cut them out.
Using a piece of Champagne Glitter Card 220gsm I used the star dies and die cut them out.
I then used my hot foiling machine to hot foil my sentiments.
I then started putting my card together.
I started by putting the ink blended panel on top of the scalloped die and popped this onto my card base. I then added my images and sentiments.
Your bunny card is now complete.
