Hello everyone! I hope you're all well.
I'm working through my stash of 'New but never used' items. This set is very old but too cute to be overlooked! It's also a great one if you like to colour.
I prepared a top fold UK A6 card blank from Christmas Red 240gsm card. Before popping this aside for later, I cut down a piece of White Super Smooth 300gsm card to approx 3mm smaller around each edge.
Onto this, I blended my some Vintage Photo Distress Oxide through my stencil, focusing on the middle and going lighter toward the edges.
Now, I stamped and coloured my images using Copic Alcohol Markers. I used R59, R27 and R17 for the reds. For the little girls shoes, I used C9, C8, C7, C6 and C5. For her skin, I used E50, E51 and E55. The steps were E47, E49 and E77. The little birds were B79, B66 and B52 with Y11 for their little beaks. Finally, the little girls hair was E49, E43, E47 and E44. As always, I added some highlight detail with my white gel pen. I then fussy cut these images out.
I now mounted my image onto my card blank using foam tape.
I stamped my sentiment allowing space for the images.
Lastly, I adhered all my images in place using wet adhesive.
This finishes the card.
Until next time, take care.
Love, Dani xx
