Good morning!
Have you made a start on your Christmas crafts yet?
I will show you today how I created this Christmas card.
You will need:
- Navy Plain Card 240gsm
- White Card Super Smooth 300gsm
- White Card Linen 255gsm
- Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm
- Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml
You will also need:
- Christmas stamps
- Copic markers or colouring medium of your choice
- Gold embossing powder and a heat gun
- Sequins
- Twine
To make my card base I used a piece of Navy Plain Card 240gsm. I trimmed this down and scored and folded this in half. I then cut down a piece of White Card Linen 255gsm. This has such a beautiful texture. This was then adhered onto my card base using some Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm.
I then stamped and coloured my images onto some White Card Super Smooth 300gsm and cut these out. I adhered them onto my card front using some more Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm.
For my sentiment I stamped my greeting and heat embossed some gold embossing powder onto some White Card Super Smooth 300gsm. I trimmed this down and added this onto my card using Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm.
I then added some twine and adhered some sequins using Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml.
I hope you feel inspired to make a Christmas card today!
