Good morning Vic here today. I have a fun monster birthday card to share with you today using some colourful colours of card. To add extra fun I have also made a shaped card.
Products Used:
White Card Super Smooth 250gsm
Raspberry Pink Plain Card 240gsm
Spring Green Plain Card 240gsm
You will also need:
Spellbinders Monster Die
Spellbinders Arches Shaped Die for your card base
Spellbinders Hot Foil Machine
spellbinders Hit Foul Happy Birthday Plate
Star Stencil
Purple Oxide Ink and Blender Brush
Foam Tape and glue
To make the card base I used the Arch dies and die cut the largest die using a piece of White Card Super Smooth 250gsm. I then used the same die and cut my card front using a piece of Raspberry Pink Plain Card 240gsm, I then adhered these together for my card base.
Next I used the second largest die and die cut my cad front using another piece of White Card Super Smooth 250gsm. Using the ink and stencil I gently added some stars to this panel.
I then added this onto my card base.
To make the monsters I die cut all the pieces using the following colours of card:
Raspberry Pink Plain Card 240gsm
Spring Green Plain Card 240gsm
Once these are adhered together place them aside.
Using the hot foil machine I hot foiled the sentiment using White Card Super Smooth 250gsm. If you don’t have a hot foil machine feel free to heat emboss your sentiment or add a stamped sentiment to your card.
Add your sentiment to the top of the card and the monsters to the bottom. Your card is now complete.
