A handmade card is always so much more special than one picked up from the supermarket the day before Valentines day!

The time and energy spent creating something truly unique shows your loved one exactly how much you care and enables you to add really personal touches. If you don't have time to make one yourself there are many talented paper crafters who will work with you to create something special.

We took a look at what crafty market place Folksy had on offer, we've found some great handmade and handprinted valentine day cards, and as we approach Valentines day we're sure there will be even more beautiful cards being added everyday - so well worth a browse!
