Handmade gift tags add that little extra special touch to a gift. Lisa has made three fab gift tags we absolutely adore - take a look for some inspiration for creating a set of gorgeous gift tags to make your gifts look extra special.

These tags have been handmade using our Papermilldirect white linen card. Lisa has also used Valeriene Designs digital patterned paper, a Kristen Magee electronic cutting file and Lawn Fawn twine.

Christmas Gift Tag

Polar Bear Christmas Gift Tag

How cute is this little handmade polar bear gift tag. To make this gift tag you will need some of our Papermilldirect White Hammered Card and our Black card for the eyes, ears and nose. The white hammered card works so well as the texture is perfect for the fur of the bear, it's also great for snow scenes! Lisa has used an SVG Cuts Polar Bear electronic cutting file for this but you could easily hand draw the design. She has also added very Christmasy Dovecraft Twine. You simply make two polar bears cut out the details for its face and then glue together using the black card so it shows through, making a little gift tag card that you can write a name and message inside.

Christmas Scottie Dog Gift Tag

Scotty Dog Christmas Gift Tag

For all the dog lovers out there! This is such a sweet little gift tag to make. Lisa has used Papermilldirect Black card but if you have scraps of card you could make the little dogs in lots of colours! This dog silhouette has been cut using an Echo Park scotty dog electronic cutting file - but again as with the Polar bear you could find an image and trace around and cut out by hand. The bow is Pink Paislee houndstooth patterned paper with an added Dove craft glitter gem and very festive Tim Holtz tinsel twine.
