Critters And Cupcake Birthday Card

Good Morning Vic here today.

I thought it would be fun to make a birthday card with just a few colours of card. For this card you will need the following craft paper and card making supplies:

• White Card Hammered 255gsm
• White Card Linen 255gsm
• White Card Super Smooth 250gsm
• Perla Sirio Colour Card 290gsm
• Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm

You will also need:

• Critter stamps (Pretty Pink Posh)
• Copic Markers
• Window Die
• White embossing powder
• Heat Gun
• Versamark Ink
• White Nuvo Drops

To start with I made my card base. I used a piece of White Card Hammered 255gsm that I trimmed down to 4 1/8 inches and scored at 5 7/8 inches. I then trimmed down a smaller piece of White Card Linen 255gsm. I ran this through my die cutting machine to make the window. I then adhered this onto my card.

Next I stamped and coloured all the images onto a piece of White Card Super Smooth 250gsm. I trimmed the images out and adhered onto my card around the die cut window.

I then heat embossed the sentiment onto a piece of Perla Sirio Colour Card 290gsm using white embossing powder. I trimmed this down and adhered to the bottom of my card.

To finish the card off I added a few drops of white Nuvo Drops.

You can change the colour of card stock I think it will look nice on all colours of card.
