Good morning Vic popping in today with a fun birthday card.
Products I Used:
Raspberry Pink Plain Card 240gsm
White Card Super Smooth 250gsm
I also used:
Large Scalloped circle die (Uniquely Creative)
Large circle die (Uniquely Creative)
Critter Stamps (MFT)
Grass edge die (MFT)
Copic Markers
Stencil (MFT)
Pigment inks yellow and pink
Blending brushes
To start with I used my large circle scallop die and die cut two circles using a piece of Raspberry Pink Plain Card 240gsm.
I then added some strong adhesive to the back top piece of the die and placed both pieces together. This will be your card base.
I then used a circle die a little bit smaller than the previous one and die cut a plain circle using some White Card Super Smooth 250gsm.
Using the inks and blending brushes I ink blended them over my stencil to make a colourful sky.
I then used the grass edge die and die cut some grass using some Apple Green Card Plain 240gsm. I really love the colour of this green and it’s great for summer cards!
I then added this to the bottom of my card and I trimmed off the excess that ran over the edges.
I stamped some images onto a piece of White Card Super Smooth 250gsm and using my copic markers I coloured them in.
I then stamped happy birthday at the top of card before cheering everything together, once adhered your card is complete!
