Hi Vic here today and I am sharing how I created this card.
I used:
White Card Super Smooth 250gsm
Pompelmo Nettuno Linen Effect Card 280gsm
Mandarin Orange Cumbria Colour Card 270gsm
I also used:
Oval nesting dies (Spellbinders)
Critter stamps (Time For Tea and Pretty Pink Posh)
Copic Markers
Memento Ink
PVA glue and foam pads
Pigment ink
Blending brushes
To make the oval shaped card I used the largest die and die cut one oval using Pompelmo Nettuno Linen Effect Card 280gsm.
Using the same size oval I die cut 3 more ovals using White Card Super Smooth 250gsm.
I then adhered two white pieces together and the last white oval is adhered to the back of our yellow piece. You should have two pieces one white and the other with a yellow piece on top. On the white piece I put some score marks along the top as this will be adhered to the back of the yellow piece. This is so the card will open up and stand.
Using the next size down of the oval dies I die cut one piece using Mandarin Orange Cumbria Colour Card 270gsm. Again using the next size down from the last die I die cut a white piece using White Card Super Smooth 250gsm.
I stamped my images out onto a piece of White Card Super Smooth 250gsm and coloured them in. I then added some clouds to the white piece using pigment inks.
I then adhered all my layers together using PVA glue and foam tape.
To finish off your card add a sentiment. Your card is now complete.
