Hi eveyrone! Today I am sharing a 50th Birthday card I made recently, which is A4 sized. A4 card sizes can be quite daunting, simply because of it's size, but using lots of layers and dies makes the job so much easier. If you're using coloured images, it's best to use digital, as opposed to rubber, so that they can be resized to suit the larger card.
I bought the pre-creased card base I used on this card but it's relatively easy to make them from A3 card if you have a paper cutter big enough to do that. You get two A4 bases from an A3 sheet. Making your own card bases is also more cost effective.
I cut 4 layers to make 2 panels for the front. The papers are from Prima and are quite an old collection.
To make the number 50 I cut 4 layers of white card and one layer of green adhesive foil and I glued them all together to make chunky numbers.
The cupcake was cut from a Die, as were the pennants and Happy Birthday words.
