Good morning!

I think its lovely to let your close friends and family know that you are thinking about them and appreciate them, so today I will show you how I made this card.

You will need:

You will also need:

  • Pattern paper
  • Bear stamp
  • Copic markers or colouring medium of your choice
  • Shaped die
  • Heat gun
  • White embossing powder
  • Twine

To make my card base I used a piece of White Card Super Smooth 300gsm, which I trimmed down, scored and folded in half. I then used the leftover White Card Super Smooth 300gsm to stamp and colour my image. I cut this out and left the image to the side for now.

I then trimmed a piece of patterned paper down and adhered this onto my card base using some Stick it! Double Sided Tape 6mm. For the die cut shape I used some more White Card Super Smooth 300gsm and a shaped die and run this through my die cutting machine. I then adhered this onto the patterned paper using some Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm. After this I adhered the bear onto the shaped die again using some Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm.

For my sentiment I used a piece of Maroon Plain Card 240gsm and heat embossed the sentiment using white embossing powder. I adhered this onto my card using some more Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm.

To finish the card off I added some twine to the top.

I hope you have fun making some cards for your family and friends.
