Hello Vic here today and I have a fun birthday card for you today.
You will need;
- White Card Super Smooth 250gsm
- Pink Card
- Cerise Plain Card 300gsm
- Daffodil Plain Card 290gsm
- Black Plain Card 240gsm
- Spring Green Plain Card 240gsm
- White Card Plain 250gsm
You will also need:
- Pink and Yellow Inks
- Stamps (Magengo Designs)
- Birthday Greeting(Mama Elephant)
- Bee Stamp (Time For Tea Designs)
- Sun Die
- Hill Die (Uniquely Creative)
To start with I made my card base using Coral Pink Plain Card 300gsm which I trimmed down and scored in half. I then trimmed down a piece of White Card Super Smooth 250gsm a little bit smaller than my card so that a small border is left around the card. I then blended the inks onto this piece and adhered down onto my card base.
Next I stamped and coloured all my images and trimmed them out. Using the hill die I then die cut the grass using Spring Green Plain Card 240gsm trimmed this down so that it fits on my card and adhered the grass down. I then adhered all my images to the card.
I then die cut the sun using some Daffodil Plain Card 290gsm and the clouds using White Card Plain 250gsm and adhered them onto my card.
For the sentiments I used Coral Pink Plain Card 300gsml and Black Plain Card 240gsm and heat embossed the sentiment with with embossing powder.
To finish the card off I added both sentiments to my card.
Your birthday card is now complete.
