Which courier do you use?
We use Royal Mail for the Packet Post and Parcelforce for the courier services to deliver our parcels. However we reserve the right to change our courier without notice
How much is your delivery charge?
All orders under £50.00 are subject to £4.00 postage and packing - UK Standard delivery only (including Northern Ireland and Scottish Isles)
All orders £50.00 and over are postage and packing free - UK Standard delivery only (including Northern Ireland and Scottish Isles)

Exemptions: Please note that this service is ONLY available to mainland UK addresses. If you have ordered Next Day delivery but live in these locations, we will dispatch via Royal Mail or ParcelForce 48 and refund you the difference in postage charge, you can expect delivery in 1-3 working days. For any areas not covered above including some international destinations you can check the price of delivery by adding an item to your basket and entering the required delivery address, you will then be given the delivery options for that given address. All prices quoted include VAT
How long will delivery take? STANDARD DELIVERY
We aim to despatch within 3 days from receipt of your order, once the goods have been despatched to our courier, they should be delivered to your designated address within 2 working days.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
When ordered by 12 noon we will despatch your order same day for next working day delivery, our working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
BANK HOLIDAYS
Due to high order volumes and minimal staff coverage your delivery may take longer when we are approaching or just after a bank holiday. We appreciate your patience.
Can I have the goods delivered to someone else?
When you order, you will be asked to provide an account address (this is the address where your method of payment is registered), at this point you can add a separate delivery address.
Unfortunately we cannot change the delivery address after an order is placed
Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour/in the garden?
Unfortunately not. Our courier will deliver the goods to your address. If you are not in, they will leave a note telling you where you can collect your parcel.
